Bravissimo are seeking new sites in major cities and regional shopping centres around the UK where they are not currently represented or want to relocate. Bravissimo is a destination retailer, so new stores can either be in prime or good secondary locations.
In terms of the space required, Bravissimo can take units comprising a ground floor lobby or a small shop floor, with large first floor / basement trading accommodation. Their overall space requirements are 3,000 to 3,500 sq ft, with either a lobby that is big enough for a lift and stairs at ground or a shop floor at ground that is 1,000 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft with the remaining space at first floor / basement.
