Following an open marketing campaign we received several offers on a new lease basis, and the Landlord was happy to agree a new letting deal with a new Bakery concept from Stassen Leisure, the group behind Buddy's Deli and Brew & Barrel.
We were able to increase the rent significantly from the previous tenancy, and secure a term certain for 15 years, with no rent free incentive.
